Backflow Testing & Services
Many plumbers today feel that testing and servicing backflow preventers (RPZ's) is a waste of time. We at ASAP just don’t agree! In fact, it is our specialty! We have been testing and servicing devices for over 20 years and would like to share that expertise and knowledge with you. We have a custom designed software database that maintains all the information applicable to your devices.
This way you can forget about your devices and leave it to us to remind you each year when it is time for your annual test (generally a month prior).
Design & Installation
If you get a notification or violation from the DEP (Department Of Environmental Protection) requiring you to install a backflow preventer, Call us! We have several NYS licensed Professional Engineer’s that we team with who specialize solely in RPZ designs and installation.
We will come out to survey the job site and design your installation providing you with a quote for service. Upon your acceptance we will submit the design to the DEP for approval. Once approved, we will install the unit, test it and get NYC DOB (Department of Buildings) sign-off for the installation. This unit will then be put into our database and we will reach out to you when it is time for your annual test as well as, your five year overhaul maintenance. Making the process virtually hassle free!
